Daniel John Lewis

Daniel, aka The Butterfly, is a Head Chef with a big heart and five-star tastebuds. The man behind the menus, Daniel has been a chef for fourteen years and in that time he’s done it all. From working at Michelin starred restaurants in England, travelling the world on superyachts as the personal chef of celebrities and billionaires to becoming head chef at the American Embassy in Moscow. He loves to travel; a new destination means new dishes to taste. From this, he’s become an expert in an astonishing number of different cuisines. He left the fast life in Moscow, returning home to the North Coast to build something of his own and bring new experiences to the people here. He says, “I’ve found a home on the North Coast, I love the people, the fresh air and the freedom here, the food scene is ever-evolving and I look forward to bringing something new and exciting to your table”. Since his return, he’s been bringing the taste of travel to NI and getting stuck into surfing and mountain-biking.
