Whenever coming to making your order you will be assigned an four digit conformation number this will also mention your name the amount of Banquets you have ordered for that week as well as any extra’s that you have added, This will be sent to your email.

When can I expect my butterfly and the bear order to arrive?

Answer

So all orders leave our premises in Bushmills, we aim to leave around 2:30pm so it can really depend on where you are located, so you can you can expect your order arrive from 3:00pm – 6:00pm. If you have been assigned or asked for your order to Dropped/picked up your order at Biesty’s this will be around 3:00 – 3:15 the same with the jet centre around 4:00 but this is subject to change every week depending on how may orders we have that upcoming week.

Can I order for three people?

Our Banquet’s are specially put together to serve two people as well as our special biodegradable packaging is also designed for this purpose also.

Is there a vegetarian option available?

Answer

We do take all food intolerances very seriously here at the butterfly and the bear and regards to having an vegetarian option is perfectly fine and just as delicious just remember to let us know that you wish to have the vegetarian option in the additional comments before completing your order.

Why has my payment failed?

Answer

If your card should ever decline this would be often due to your bank declining the order or the other reason would be due to a thing called an AVS Policy this would be because your postal code you entered doesn’t match the information on file with the credit/debit  card issuing bank… If your credit card is declined due to AVS filter failure please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will be more than happy to assist you.
