Answer
When you have placed your order you will be emailed a four-digit confirmation number. This will confirm your name, the number of banquets ordered, the date and any extras included.

When can I expect my butterfly and the bear order to arrive?

Depending on location, arriving between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm. delivery times vary relevant to the volume of orders.

Why has my payment failed?
